Advanced Mortgage Underwriting Seminar

Seasoned underwriters, and graduates of CFT’s Mortgage Underwriting Series, can now attend a special one-day training seminar that will use case studies and problem solving methods to improve your underwriting skills.  Network with fellow underwriters while you brainstorm new and fresh approaches to risk.  Topics to be covered include:

Today’s Risk Parameters; Debt Issues; Appraisal Issues; Income Issues; Credit Scores and Reports; Sample Case Studies

Working with the instructor, and in small groups, this seminar will give you fresh ideas for working on problem situations.

Audience:  This seminar is designed for underwriters with at least two years experience and graduates of CFT’s Mortgage Underwriting Series.
