Managing Bank Litigation: Cost Controls Webinar
In today’s environment, financial institutions are frequent litigants as they attempt to collect defaulted loans and enforce their interests in collateral. This program has been developed in response to the need by financial institutions to exercise greater control over, and reduce the cost of, their expanding litigation costs.
The Managing Bank Litigation training webinar focuses on the mechanics of foreclosure and collection litigation. Participants will gain an understanding of the process by following a hypothetical foreclosure lawsuit from the pre-suit planning phase through the collection of a deficiency judgment. You will learn ways to better manage costs at each step of the lawsuit. The webinar materials include forms and checklists to use in preparing a file for litigation.
Hosted by an experienced bank attorney, this course provides a practical and insightful look at litigation and offers tips that can be used immediately to better manage cases and reduce their cost. Our presenter managed litigation cases as in house counsel for a large bank for nearly twelve years.
