New Hire Teller Training Development and Facilitation

If the time has come to provide formal training to your new hires and you don’t know where to begin, we can help.  Our new hire teller training services can:

Design training materials to provide a strong foundation for basic teller functions such as negotiability, counterfeit money detection, customer service, robbery procedures, and compliance with BSA and Regulation CC, to name a few

• Customize training materials for your financial institution
• Train your newly hired tellers on-site in a program ranging from three days to two weeks (based on your needs)
• Provide hands-on training (when possible) to guide the teller through basic teller functions and balancing
• Furnish teller packet work
