About your instructor: Susan Mach, Ph.D., is a communication trainer, coach and strategist. She teaches leadership communication to M.B.A. candidates from all over the world. In addition to communication consulting, she lectures at NYU Stern, Rutgers Business School and The City University of New York. She has presented communication boot camps at Prudential, UNICEF, AT&T, The Rockefeller Foundation, the New York Society of Security Analysts and U.S. Army Fort Monmouth.
