UDAAP: How Does It Apply To Your Financial Institution? Webinar

UDAAP – Unfair, Deceptive and Abusive Acts and Practices.  If your financial institution offers loans or deposit accounts, you need to have a game plan for the revised UDAAP standards.  Don’t be fooled that UDAP is simply a “big bank” problem.  Since 2008, 43% of UDAP violations cited by the FDIC were for financial institutions with total assets of $250 million or less. A bank in Texas, supervised by the OTS, was fined $400,000 and ordered to reimburse $12 million to customers for ODP “abusive” charges in 2010.  This bank had less than $86 million in assets. What did they do wrong?  How does it compare to your financial institution’s ODP program?

If you have customers, then this UDAAP training webinar is for you.  Learn how Unfair or Deceptive or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAP) could apply to your financial institution.
