Understanding Small Business Borrowers Seminar
This one-day program is designed to assist business lenders in meeting the credit needs of their small business customers and overcoming the challenges that those customers present in today’s difficult lending environment. Students who attend this session will learn to ask the right questions of business borrowers and to match the correct lending products to their customers’ needs. Emphasis will also be placed on the decision-making process that small businesses undertake when they decide to borrow money.
